XXL Casino loaf: the new trend

Casino XXL is one of the latest developments in the bread world, which is rapidly conquering the menus of various grand cafés and restaurants. The XXL slices measure 30 by 10 cm and are used to make an XXL sandwich or for a Club Sandwich. 1 XXL casino loaf produces 6 slices.

The following applies to all casino bread:

- The loaves are packed individually
- Let the bread thaw in the box at room temperature for 12 hours
- Keep the loaves in the bag after thawing (NOT in the refrigerator)
- Can be stored in the freezer for about 3 months at -18 degrees
- Store the bread in the freezer in the box
- Do not place the bread in the freezer against the wall or on the floor
- Do not place the boxes near the evaporator in a freezer
- Do not freeze after thawing
